How BagPopo Began
BagPopo started at home, with our family and our daughter.
Like many kids, she loves blind bags and surprise toys.
But what caught our attention wasn’t just opening them, it was what she did next.
She began creating her own versions.
Using paper, tape, scraps, and small materials, she made her own “blind bags”, carefully choosing what to put inside, sealing them up, and opening them again with excitement.
What stood out to us was that she wasn’t copying toys, she was creating crafts, building ideas, and turning everyday things into something new.
What We Noticed
As parents, we started paying closer attention.
We saw plenty of blind bags and surprise toys in the market, but very few that encouraged hands-on creation or open-ended exploration for kids her age.
Most options focused on collecting or display. Very few focused on making.
That’s when we realised there was a gap and an opportunity to create something different.
